I'm tired of not sleeping well- no pun intended. For the past few nights I just toss and turn and wake up all night long and it seems like a I have a hundred crazy dreams. Anyone have any tips on sleeping better? I need the tips! Unless the tip has to do with warm milk. I do not need the warm milk tip. I do not like warm milk.

i have been having the same problem this week. There is one weird thing that helps me, maybe it will workfor you too. I will get an ice pack and put it on my pillow until it is real cold, then i put my head down and go to sleep. There is something about a cold pillow that puts me right to sleep.
Excellent idea! I always get way too hot when I sleep, so I will try your idea tonight. I'm excited!
I stretch before bed... back, neck, legs. I can't sleep a lot because I get restless in my body.
Also, a doctor told me to have a regular routine (always sleep around same time, rise around same time, do the same set of things before bed every night--brush teeth, read for ten minutes, stretch). It works.
The other thing is, never use the bed (or bedroom) for anything except sleeping and nooky. It puts your body in sleep mode when you get in bed (or nooky mode, as the case may be).
I will try the stretching too, since I am also sore a lot when I wake up. Ahhh, stretching, always reminds me of acting classes at SMSU.
