Almost in the Big Apple!

Man, I just have NOT been in a writing mood lately- too much going on in my life to even process fully to get down on paper (or rather, a computer screen). Thursday we leave for NYC. I'm quite excited, yet I haven't been back since I lived there, so I'm hoping it won't feel weird. My life was so different then- different set if friends, job, boyfriend, evil roomate/landlord, even a different outlook on life. I just don't want any of those ghosts to creep back into my visit. But it will be great to see some Broadway, eat some NY pizza, and have a break from work!

I'm so tired of work. Maybe I should clarify. I'm tired of "naughty" kids because they make me CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZY!

I really want some cheesecake for breakfast, but I'm "eating healthy" so grapefruit would probably be the more appropriate choice. Mmmm. (That was a forced Mmmm.)

Happy Tuesday everybody.

So I am in Tennessee. And Cory just arrived in New York City! He just called me a few minutes ago and told me that his two friends, Dan and Jason, decided to smoke a cigarette before the flight took off. Cory stayed back and boarded the plane waiting for them to return. Shortly before the plane was to take off, he gets a call from Jason saying when they were coming back in they had to go through security again and the line was so long that when they arrived at the gate, the doors had already been closed! And that he and Dan are now taking the next flight out.

SO RIDICULOUS!!

So now Cory is just killing time at the airport waiting for their flight to get in. It's too funny!

And I am off to the Dogwood festival and to go eat lunch where my brother is the cook! Fancy!
